We use Inteli-Scan to manage the process, alongside document management systems such as ASITE, Acconex, 4 Projects, Conject and CADWEB.

We prelist the scope and detail of the documents required, so we can identify any shortcomings as the project progresses.

We assist contractors right up to delivery of the finished product, so when the keys are handed over, the occupants or FM team receive a neatly presented suite of manuals.

By providing seminars, one-to-one training sessions and guidance documents, we also train users how to get the best out of Inteli-Scan.

When there is no central control of the process of producing building documentation, there is a risk that information may be incomplete or missing.
