  Add the site name and any graphical interfaces such as BIM

  List the various build and fit-out projects to be completed during the development
• Systems
  List the processes to be used in the building design and by the occupier
• Asset register
  Detail the building’s assets, and configure the data to match the building’s operational policy
• Group and user accounts
  Control data access, authoring and review
• Document types and categories
  Categorise the documents to cater for regulatory requirements and incorporate BIM documents etc.

Prelisting function

By prelisting documents in Inteli-Scan at an early stage in the project, contractors understand precisely what documents will be required at handover. This clarity makes information-gathering easier and leads to a simpler process all round.
