W&S are selected to work with the varying Principal Contractors building the numerous Europe Data Centres of these Global and International Technology and Banking Giants. The work was carried out to the exacting global and regional requirements of the clients’ Construction and Operations teams to facilitate the operation and maintenance of these mega data centres. Work included the authoring of the Operation and Maintenance Manuals, collation of the supporting material, CMMS asset registers and critical spares listing. Translation of the key O&M text was a key statutory deliverable for some of the clients.  IN all cases the documentation was delivered either to Inteli-Scan or the clients own Document Management System.

W&S are one of three approved framework technical authors for the Imperial College.

During 2016 to 2018 W&S  have completed several ICL projects .  weWrite to  ICL own standards and templates, producing fully searchable, bookmarked and hyperlinked pdf documents to ICL requirements.

Recent projects include Imperial College Block C & D at White City. These Buildings provide further laboratories for scientific research purposes.

Following the successful completion of these projects we have secured the  Block C Fit Out with ISG and Block F including Student Accommodation with Laing O’Rourke.

The amazing refurbishment of the iconic BBC Buildings in White City to provide Commercial Offices, Residential Dwellings, Hotel, Gym,  Restaurants and Retail and not to forget TV Studios.

W&S are working with the principal contractor Mace and trade contractors to author the record documentation and provide the Inteli-scan sites for the facilities management company Broadgate Estates.

This total refurbishment project consists of 3 buildings, Garden House, Mediaworks and Westworks. W&S worked with the principal contractor Lendlease, their trade contractors and design team to compile and author the record documentation and provide the Inteli-scan sites for the project facilities management company Broadgate Estates.

Watson and Sole authored the original manuals for this campus when it was first constructed, this meant that we were able to produce integrated manuals that incorporated the refurbishment works into the original documentation.

Beck Interiors engaged Watson & Sole to produce a specialist Building Services Manual on behalf of the Four Seasons Hotel Group.  Following their successful completion of the Four Seasons Hotel works they were appointed to the Sheraton where they returned to Watson and Sole for the Operation and Maintenance Manuals.  These two prestige Hotels are in the world renowned hotel district of Park Lane London.

Manhatton Loft Company engaged Watson and Sole to re Write and assemble good quality document suites for the whole of their St Pancras Development including Hotel and Residential aspects.  This work included drawing together the initial incomplete poor quality O&M Manuals and producing a comprehensive complete high quality documentation suite.

Swiss Re engaged Watson & Sole to write the original Operation and Maintenance for their iconic 30 St. Mary Axe property, known commonly as “The Gherkin”. Working closely with Skanska UK, we delivered the manuals on-time and have continued to maintain the landlord and tenant manuals since the historic handover of the building in 2003.

W&S were first introduced to HSBC during construction of their World Headquarters building in Canary Wharf.  We managed the procurement of Base Build, Cat. A and Cat. B fit-out documents on behalf of Canary Wharf Contractors.  HSBC bought Inteli-Scan and have maintained the facilities documentation using the system ever since.

Inteli-Scan was utilized to support the sale and re purchase of 33 Canada Square, full documentation management of one data centre throughout its life serving HSBC and for further data centres still operating for HSBC.

We now look after multiple HSBC facilities, all of which use Inteli-Scan.

W&S were engaged by world renowned investment bank Morgan Stanley when they first started trading in London.  Our relationship with Morgan Stanley is now in its second decade maintaining their entire Facilities Documentation portfolio of Building Manuals, including fit-out updates and multiple site Inteli-Scan systems.

Inteli-Scan was transferred to the new Landlord of one property when Morgan Stanley sold their freehold in 2016.

Stanhope appointed W&S to Author the manuals and provide Inteli-Scan for the Base Build. This permitted effective maintenance whilst the letting and fit out design and contract process was carried out.

ING as the sole tenant then required the updating of Inteli-Scan to allow their FM team to have a single source of information for the Facility management of the building during their period of tenancy.
