When you need a bespoke asset register that can be uploaded to any PPM system, we can help.

We use your project schematics and plant schedules to populate a system-based register that includes:

• Details of the assets
• Their location
• Associated manufacturer’s information
• Spares and warranty schedules
• Guarantees and estimated life schedules

Being created and stored in our Inteli-Scan web portal, the asset register can be searched, edited and downloaded, anytime, anywhere.

Building Information Modelling (BIM) level 3 for FM data

To ensure full reuse of data, geometric BIM models (Revit, Navisworks and CAD 360 suite) can be integrated with our Inteli-Scan O&Ms and your own PPM or FM tools.

Special Inteli-Scan plugins allow for BIM authoring, synchronisation and viewing. We harvest data from the working BIM model and use it to update the asset register using unique identifiers that are synchronised back into the model.

These external ID references allow you to locate any asset you require, so you can see all the relevant details about the asset and its O&M information for maintenance and PPM scheduling.
