This total refurbishment project consists of 3 buildings, Garden House, Mediaworks and Westworks. W&S worked with the principal contractor Lendlease, their trade contractors and design team to compile and author the record documentation and provide the Inteli-scan sites for the project facilities management company Broadgate Estates.

Watson and Sole authored the original manuals for this campus when it was first constructed, this meant that we were able to produce integrated manuals that incorporated the refurbishment works into the original documentation.
