Beck Interiors engaged Watson & Sole to produce a specialist Building Services Manual on behalf of the Four Seasons Hotel Group. Following their successful completion of the Four Seasons Hotel works they were appointed to the Sheraton where they returned to Watson and Sole for the Operation and Maintenance Manuals. These two prestige Hotels are in the world renowned hotel district of Park Lane London.

Manhatton Loft Company engaged Watson and Sole to re Write and assemble good quality document suites for the whole of their St Pancras Development including Hotel and Residential aspects. This work included drawing together the initial incomplete poor quality O&M Manuals and producing a comprehensive complete high quality documentation suite.
