Stanhope appointed W&S to Author the manuals and provide Inteli-Scan for the Base Build. This permitted effective maintenance whilst the letting and fit out design and contract process was carried out.
ING as the sole tenant then required the updating of Inteli-Scan to allow their FM team to have a single source of information for the Facility management of the building during their period of tenancy.
