Swiss Re engaged Watson & Sole to write the original Operation and Maintenance for their iconic 30 St. Mary Axe property, known commonly as "The Gerkhin". Working closely with Skanska UK, we delivered the manuals on-time and have continued to maintain the manuals since the historic handover of the building in 2003.
