Trinity School, Lewisham

Trinity School was built to replace former Northbrook School under the BSF programme by Costain, a leading engineering and construction company. Some local sub-contractors were struggling to meet the demands of the programme to deliver good quality documentation. Costain decided to engage us to manage the procurement of the documents late in the project and author the engineering services manuals by N.G. Bailey.
