INTELI-SCAN is hosted on W&S Servers located in a state-of-the-art data centre. The Benefits of W&S hosting the site are:

• W&S and contributing authors roll out the data as it becomes available through the project.
• W&S and works contractors can carry out updates to the system without site visits thereby providing cost savings and W&S skills and knowledge remain available to the customer throughout the life of the building.
• The customer's IT department does not need to purchase additional Server Software and Licenses.
• Providing a single point of contact for ongoing support
• Greater access to the record documentation by authorised remote users

W&S also offer data updating services. This may take the form of full project management and is used where major modifications to the building are being made. Alternatively the updating service may be used for incorporation of minor updates and where small changes to a system or item of plant need recording into the building documentation.
